Job description
As an integral part of our Warehouse Team, you'll be assisting the Fulfilment Manager with the general system administrative tasks during the day to ensure orders are fulfilled and dispatched in a timely manner.
Your role
To maintain accountability for the quality control of orders processed and dispatched.
- To take accountability for order dispatch enquiries
- Run daily stock reports and ensure back orders are managed consistently.
- To monitor and ensure Order’s Spreadsheets are up to date.
- Processing of Wholesaler and International orders to be picked by the warehouse.
- Communicating all OOS items with Customer’s to ensure an alternative is sent, or item(s) to be left on backorder.
- Notify Customer Service Team of incoming stock.
- Responding to customer enquiries relating to dispatch – damaged/missing/faulty items.
- Investigating delivery errors with Couriers.
- Ensuring all returns are processed in a timely manner.
- Assisting with the preparing of labels and manifests for dispatch,
- Assist with running daily pick lists for warehouse.
- Run a weekly report on open sales orders.
- Create Works Orders for daily orders.
- Assist with day-to-day production and parcel dispatch as and when required.
- Assist with accurate processing of 3rd Party Retail sites orders.
- General Ad hoc administration
Prerequisites
Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Word
Numerate and analytical with an eye for detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Very good attention to detail
Ability to work across multiple projects, prioritise workload and keep to deadline
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
